What we look for
Suppliers must meet every requirement listed below. Applicants who also meet the preferred criteria are prioritized in our review.
Required
Must have
- Factory or authorized manufacturer, not a trading middleman
- Quality certification, for example ISO 9001
- Products tested to the relevant standard (ISO 1161, EN 12195, EN 1492, ADR, IMDG or equivalent)
- Test certificates or mill certificates supplied with each shipment
- Documentation and labelling in English
- Export experience to Southeast Asia
Preferred
Nice to have
- TÜV, GS, Lloyd's Register or Bureau Veritas approvals
- Low minimum order quantity for trial orders
- Stable lead times and FOB or CIF pricing
- Samples available before a first order
- Product photos and specification sheets we can publish

Exclusivity is discussed only after a supplier has completed trial orders and a period of regular supply.
