Compare with the old screw Check the size, length, head type and thread to suit the floor board thickness and supports.

Check the fixing holes Re tightening into a hole that is already loose does not count as a finished repair. Check the damage and repair the fixing point to the repair requirements.

Control the tightening The floor board should sit flat on the support. Avoid tightening so far that the screw head crushes the board or strips the thread.

Check after fitting Fixings must be tight, the board must not rock and screw heads must not stick up and snag cargo. Check the position and number of fixings against the drawing or the container owner's requirements

What floor thickness does it suit? It depends on the floor board thickness and supports of the container. Please send the floor thickness with a photo or a sample of the old screw.

Can I re tighten into the old hole? Not recommended. If the hole is loose, the fixing point must be repaired to the repair requirements, otherwise the board will soon rock again.
