Description

Container door handle rivet Code LG87011 is a round head steel rivet that fixes the door handle to the handle hub on the locking bar. The rivet acts as the pivot that lets the handle lift up and fold down. It is the most used part in door handle repairs.

Why must the rivet be replaced every time?

Rivets are designed for single use. Removing a handle means cutting or drilling out the old rivet, so it cannot be reused. A new rivet of the correct size keeps the handle from wobbling or coming loose in transit.
