Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of gavanasia.com and to buying from Gavan Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Gavan Asia). By using the website, you accept these terms.

1. Using the website

  • Use the website to view product information and contact us.
  • Do not copy large amounts of content with automated tools, attack or disrupt the site, or send false information through forms.
  • We may change, pause or close parts of the website without notice.

2. Product information, prices and quotes

  • Information, prices and photos on the website are for product introduction only. They are not an offer to sell and not an order confirmation.
  • Our sales team confirms price, stock and delivery date on every order.
  • An order is binding only when we confirm it in writing, for example a quote you accept or a confirmed purchase order.
  • Prices are in Thai baht. VAT and other conditions are shown on the quote.
  • Items not in stock can be ordered through our partner brands but may take several weeks.
  • Products may look slightly different from the photos. If you need an exact model or part code, please tell our sales team.

3. Payment and credit terms

  • The website has no payment system. Payment follows the invoice we issue.
  • Business customers may receive credit terms of up to 90 days. Terms are set per customer based on purchase history and need company approval.
  • We may change or cancel credit terms if payments are late.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver to customers from our Bang Phli and Laem Chabang warehouses. There is no pick up at the warehouses.
  • Delivery dates and conditions are shown on the quote or confirmed by our sales team.
  • Delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 17:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Please check goods on arrival and tell us about any problem as soon as possible.

5. Returns, warranty and claims

  • Returns, warranty and claims are decided case by case.
  • We offer warranty to recurring and long standing customers, as agreed for each case.
  • To make a claim, send your quotation (QT) or purchase order (PO) number, delivery note and photos of the product to our sales team.
  • We review the product condition, the cause of the problem and the manufacturer's terms, then tell you the result.

6. Intellectual property and photo credits

  • Text, photos and logos on this website belong to Gavan Asia unless stated otherwise. Do not use them without permission.
  • Perolo, Fort Vale, CIMC, KingRoy and Sunpass names and logos belong to their owners.
  • Some product photos belong to CIMC Intermodal Equilink and are used with permission. Gavan Asia is a wholesaler of CIMC products.

The website may link to other websites, such as partner brand sites. We are not responsible for their content.

8. Limitation of liability

  • We try to keep website information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors.
  • We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost income or downtime, arising from use of the website or products.
  • Our liability for any order is limited to the price of the products in that order.
  • Nothing here limits liability that Thai law does not allow us to limit.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and Thai courts decide any dispute. If the Thai version and another language version differ, the Thai version applies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the latest update date on this page. A confirmed order follows the terms in force on the day it was confirmed.
