Description

Container door inside seal (Door Sealing Inside) code GK965 is made of EPDM rubber, 2,500 mm per length, and fits on the inner side of the door seal set. The profile has a base for mounting and a hollow rubber section that presses against the mating surface. When the door closes, the rubber compresses and closes the gap along the seal line, keeping water and dust out together with the door gasket.

Choose a seal by both shape and profile size. The same length does not mean the seals are interchangeable.

Key points for M&R work

Check door alignment, hinges and locking gear before replacing. If the door has dropped or twisted, a new seal may still not close fully
Clean the mounting base and fit as original. Do not stretch the rubber to make up length
Check joints and seal corners, then test opening and closing the door after fitting

Rubber torn or broken in sections
Rubber hardened and no longer flexible
Rubber flattened and does not recover, leaving gaps even with the door locked
